My Adventures in Cooking

So I got the idea to make this page because I have recently started on a cooking mission.

I can't really cook...nothing special anyway, and given that I'm trying this whole house wife thing, I figured I should probably learn how to make things for us. 

The other night I was joking because I felt like Amy Adams in Julie and Julia.

Except I'm not doing anything on any timeline, and I'm definitely not trying to cook like Julia Child.

Instead, I was given a Taste of Home Cookbook for Christmas (no doubt to help me learn how to cook haha) and I have been progressively going through it. The recipes are all fairly easy and delicious. 

I've decided to start blogging these recipes from this book and my experiences with them: whether or not I made any changes, what worked well, what didn't work well, etc. and hopefully I'll be on my way to better cooking!
Not to mention, feeding more than just yourself can be a challenge for ideas. My friends that are also mothers are always looking for recipes and ideas that can multi task with.
